El Nido Suite gives you a great space to call home for long, or short stays. If you like pickleball, it’s an added bonus- as the courts are located right behind the rooms!

The Property Overview
El Nido Suite is part of a larger building which houses a hotel room style guest suite, and a retail space with covered pickleball courts.
The property is on one hectare of land- with a couple of unfinished cabinas - that the previous owner left in the very early stages of construction. It is not the most pleasant sight but we trust the price reflects this and the location and amenities make up for it.
Coming in March of 2025 are two, under roof Pickleball courts and the opening of our new retail / coffee shop space in the center of the building, opening to the road front. The backside of the building is exclusively for guests.
Located very close- within 20 feet of the pickleball courts so there will be the noise of people playing.
Or book the whole property for your group of up to 16 people- and play, stay, yoga and enjoy everything that Finca Cacao has to offer!
