This room has access to a pool and BBQ area located right next door. 

Located a short walk to a great restaurant, supermarket, and pharmacy.

The beach and surf is a 10-minute walk.

Los Flores Suite gives you a great space to call home for long, or short stays. If you like pickleball, it’s an added bonus- as the courts are located right behind the rooms!

The Property Overview

The Los Flores guest room is part of a larger building that houses a two-room guest suite (El Nido) and a retail space with covered pickleball courts. 

The property is on one hectare of land- with a couple of unfinished cabinas - that the previous owner left in the very early stages of construction. It is not the most pleasant sight but we trust the price reflects this and the ocean view peek draws the eye instead!!

Coming in March of 2025 are two covered Pickleball courts and the opening of our new retail & coffee shop space. This retail space separates El Nido Suite from Los Flores suite, and opens out to the main road side of the building.

The backside of the building facing the ocean, is exclusively for guests- no public access here.
