Available to rent when Finca Cacao as a whole is reserved- Casa Cacao is the hub of the hectare!

2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms - perfect for a family, or retreat hosts - with a full kitchen, including oven, 5-burner gas stove, plenty of pots and pans, vitamix blender, Instapot and more- it’s a self-catering dream.

The real attraction is the giant screened'-in porch, where you can gather, and enjoy the space any time of the day without being attacked by bugs… and whilst keeping cool. The three high-powered ceiling fans rock it when it comes to maximizing your enjoyment of the outdoors without overheating yourself!

Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds with firm, orthopedic mattresses for great back support. A selection of pillow sizes and thicknesses means you get to sleep soundly and wake without a crick neck.

The master suite has its’ own ample bathroom, with shower, hand-sink and plenty of ventilation with windows and a ceiling fan. Ceiling fans are a must, in bathrooms in the tropics!

The 2nd bedroom has sliding glass doors and large window for great cross-ventilation, and a bathroom just outside the bedroom door.

Ceilings in all structures of Finca Cacao are teak wood tongue and groove. There is insulation and a PVC roof that minimizes heat, and is quiet even in a downpour of heavy rain.

Every house and structure on Finca Cacao has water from a well that is filtered through sediment filters, UV filters- then each house or casita has a countertop filtration amenity too- either a Nikken water filter, Berkey or Brita jugs.

This means you don’t need to be buying bottled water!
